MEET GUNBUN
The latest venture from the sixth generation of loveably unpolished California winemakers behind the Sonoma Original Gundlach Bundschu. Inspired by our longtime nickname, GUNBUN is our alter ego and is here to take on the world, one delicious, approachable, and remarkably unpretentious bottle of wine at a time.
You’re probably asking, what’s the deal with GUNBUN? Well, Mr. Seinfeld, for starters it’s decidedly easier to pronounce (you’re welcome). It’s made by the same unorthodox vintners who make Gundlach Bundschu wines, so you know it’s going to be pretty dang good. But rather than evoking a sense of place and time, GUNBUN wines are crafted to evoke a feeling. You know that moment when the lights drop and your favorite band starts playing, where everyone milling about puts down their phones and turns their eyes towards the stage? That’s it. That magnetic force that draws us together. That’s GUNBUN.
Oh, and to make it even sweeter, our wines are all natural, sustainably farmed, gluten free, vegan, with no sugar added. Does it get any better than that? We think not.

All natural, sustainably farmed, gluten free, vegan friendly, no sugar added. Sourced from the Mayacamas mountain range in Sonoma County, CA, this Cabernet is bold yet approachable. Tastes like blackberry, Ghirardelli cocoa powder, umami with a hint of white pepper and feels like when the bass is about to drop in your favorite song.
Rated 92 Points by Tasting Panel and called, “An unpretentious wine with contemporary styling.” Their words, not ours, but we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
